About the role

As an E-MedRep at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, you will be responsible for leveraging digital technologies to effectively promote and market the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the industry's digital transformation, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Utilise cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to deliver engaging, informative and impactful product presentations and educational content
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing and medical affairs teams to align on product messaging and campaign execution
  4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to continually optimise digital marketing initiatives
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and best practices to ensure full compliance and drive innovative digital solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role preferably within the pharmaceutical or BPO industry
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, tools and technologies, including content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing and analytics
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  4. Adaptable and resourceful, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  5. Passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and committed to driving digital innovation
  6. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
