QualificationsJob Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering full life cycle projects successfully.
  • Experience with specific ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred but would consider experience with major ERP systems.
  • ERP module knowledge, integrations, data migration, project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Planning, budgeting, risk management, documentation.
  • Excellent Communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to foster collaboration and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP or other Project Management certifications.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and post-implementation review.
