Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items
  • Leading client status meetings to maintain clear communication
  • Managing the entire project lifecycle for timely delivery
  • Analyzing complex problems to find practical solutionsMentoring junior team members to foster their development
  • Assuring elevated standards in deliverables\Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Expanding understanding of the business context

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

What Sets You Apart

  • SAP Certification on QM/PLM Module preferred
  • Skilled in overseeing a support ticketing queue
  • Leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics
  • Handling client relationships and confirming communication
  • Offering functional and/or technical subject matter knowledge
  • Directing process redesign efforts
  • Leading technical and test teams for implementation
  • Assisting with change activities for business adoption
  • Managing the whole project lifecycle for timely delivery

Additional Qualification:

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
