About the role As the Team Leader (Froyo Artisan) at BLK 513 for Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate individuals in crafting delightful frozen yogurt experiences for customers. This full‑time role is based in Glorietta 1 , Makati City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to play a key part in the growth and success of a dynamic company in the Food and Beverages Industry. What you'll be doing Oversee and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the frozen yogurt kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Lead, motivate and develop a team of Froyo Artisans, providing guidance, training and support to help them excel in their roles Ensure consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene, in line with the company's quality and safety protocols Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering and stocking of supplies, and optimise operational efficiency Foster a positive and customer‑centric work environment, encouraging teamwork and a focus on exceptional customer service Collaborate with the wider Bravefoods team to implement new initiatives, promotions and menu innovations Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Bravefoods brand within the Glorietta 1 location What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or retail industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Hands‑on experience in food preparation, presentation and quality control Excellent customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable experiences Proficient in handling cash and inventory management Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations in the food industry Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental and life insurance Opportunities for career advancement and personal development Supportive and collaborative work culture that values teamwork and innovation Access to company perks and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
