The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in choosing mobile devices, accessories, and other electronic products, processing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This role also includes maintaining store cleanliness, organizing displays, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting gadgets, accessories, and related products
  • Explain product features, specifications, and warranty information
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Handle cash, card, or e-wallet transactions through the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and counters
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment
  • Stay updated on the latest gadget trends and product releases
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries
  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate; college level preferred
  • Experience in retail or sales, preferably in electronics or gadgets, is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable or willing to learn about mobile devices, accessories, and tech products
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and POS operation knowledge
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Willing to work in malls or retail outlets, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
