Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales Associate who is approachable, easy to talk to, and skilled in handling customers both during and after sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform light computer tasks, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Provide accurate information on product features, materials, sizes, and care instructions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, both in-store and through follow-up.
  • Perform basic computer tasks such as order processing, updating inventory, and encoding customer details.
  • Ensure that sales transactions are completed accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure all items are well-presented.
  • Deliver consistent after-sales service to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Interior Designers and Architects or Engineers are a plus
  • Must be approachable, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and good typing/computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
