Available Schedule/Projects:

Europe: 4pm-2am

Argentina: 7pm-3am, 8am-10am

US: 5am-4pm

Thailand: 7pm -12mn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct conversational, business English, and test-prep lessons for adult learners
  • Personalize instruction to meet student goals and cultural contexts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of online ESL teaching experience
  • TEFL certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • CEFR Level C1 or higher English proficiency
  • Empathetic, professional, and culturally aware teaching style'

Note: While applicants without formal teaching experience are not guaranteed an interview, those with strong English proficiency will be prioritized for screening.

Required Teaching Setup (TBC):

  • Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score 3500
  • 1080P webcam and noise-canceling headset
  • Wired internet: 25 Mbps minimum + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)
  • Backup power source lasting at least 8 hours

All applicants will undergo intensive training and project screening. Schedule preferences can be requested, but final assignments are subject to availability.
