Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review daily receiving of parts and internal inspection results to determine production and materials status.
  • Prepare and submit physical inventory reports of direct and/or indirect materials.
  • Coordinate with superior regarding defective parts/materials (both consigned and turn-key).
  • Monitor performance and prepare reports as required.
  • Lead and manage subordinates to ensure performance, discipline, and adherence to company standards.
  • Follow, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role
  • Background in inventory management and material control (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in QMS, 5S, and production/materials flow
  • Proficient in report preparation and data monitoring
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php22,000.00 per month
