  • Assists the Senior HR Business Partner in developing and implementing training and development frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitating learning sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
  • Assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives that build belongingness and enhance member experience.
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop solutions that support performance and growth.
  • Review and Managing budgets, schedules, and partnerships for training and engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources.
  • Industry-recognized certifications aligned with the field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
