We are seeking a 
Pre-Sales & Delivery Lead
 to serve as our primary technical architect and enabler for Microsoft cloud solutions. This role demands deep familiarity across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Security, Intune, and Dynamics 365.

The Pre-Sales & Delivery Lead will focus on designing and costing client solutions, setting up secure Microsoft 365 environments, enabling customer success through configuration and adoption, and helping clients maximize value from Microsoft and partner tools. This role also includes internal support responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with HR, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Offerings teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and account management.
  • Proven ability to work across Microsoft clouds:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security, Intune)
  • Azure (infrastructure, identity, networking, security)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Dynamics 365 (CRM, business apps)
  • Security & Compliance (Defender, Purview, Entra ID)
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 readiness and security best practices.
  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical project management.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Architecture & Solution Planning

  • Engage with clients to assess needs and current IT/cloud environments
  • Architect scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Intune, and Security tools
  • Estimate costs and document technical plans in clear, business-friendly language
  • Advise on licensing, infrastructure, and integration with Microsoft and ISV tools

Customer Success Enablement

  • Configure secure Microsoft 365 environments (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender, Intune)
  • Train client admins and users; develop runbooks and onboarding guides
  • Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure long-term value

Customer Success Acceleration

  • Support clients in expanding their Microsoft usage (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics, ISV solutions)
  • Enable "citizen developers" with governance and best practices
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on usage data and feedback

Collaboration & Internal Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Excellence, Offerings, and HR for seamless delivery and support
  • Provide technical input for proposals, demos, and presentations
  • Share insights and best practices to elevate internal technical capabilities

Other details:

  • Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client's location if requested, Metro Manila)
