Job Summary

The Company Nurse provides healthcare support to employees by administering first aid, managing medical records, and promoting workplace health and wellness programs. The role also supports compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed
  • Assess and treat minor injuries or illnesses in the workplace
  • Maintain accurate medical and health records of employees
  • Assist in health monitoring, annual physical exams, and wellness initiatives
  • Support occupational health and safety programs in coordination with the Safety Officer and HR
  • Educate employees on health practices and preventive care
  • Monitor the clinic's medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use
  • Prepare reports on clinic activities, incidents, and health-related concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid professional license (RN)
  • Preferably with experience as a company or occupational nurse
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergencies
