What you'll be doing:

  • Take customer orders
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot coffee beverage recipes
  • Serve customer orders in a polite and efficient manner
  • Efficiently and accurately handle cash and credit card payments
  • Operate espresso and brewing equipment
  • Properly handle, maintain, and clean all cafe equipment
  • Maintain a clean dining area, sanitize tables and chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the cafe
  • Organize pantry and stock.
  • Conduct daily inventory count
  • Observe relevant health and safety standards
  • Complete tasks on the shift checklist for the appropriate shift assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in specialty coffee and customer service
  • Knowledge in espresso and manual brewing calibration
  • Have a polite and engaging personality
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to be assigned in different branches within Metro Manila
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in our different stores in Metro Manila

Shift: Shifting (8hrs + 1hr lunch)
