Category Manager, Electronics (Philippines, eCommerce) Location: Taguig Team: Commerce ops Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A30496 Responsibilities About the team This team helps Electronics marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. If you're results‑driven, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of an innovative team, we’d love to have you join us In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring and helping sellers succeed on the platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing best service. Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers’ experience Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field. - 3‑5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants. - Prior experience in team management. - Highly driven, with exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and a strong focus on data‑driven decision making. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior working experience in eCommerce, business development and/or strategy roles.
