General Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Flexible Working Hours

· The driver must be available during flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays when required.

  1. Delivery Responsibilities

  2. Deliver items such as medical orders, boxes and heavy machines to all branches.

  3. Exercise extra care when loading, unloading, and arranging items inside the vehicle.

  4. Ensure that all items are securely placed and safety stored during transit

  5. Receiving and Handling Deliveries

  6. Assist in receiving deliveries, especially packaging materials and new items.

  7. Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of all items received.

  8. Vehicle and Garage Maintenance

  9. Always maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the outside garage perimeter.

  10. Ensure that the assigned vehicle- and other company vehicles when requested- are well-maintained and clean.

· Secure the safety of the vehicle while on duty.

  1. Professional conduct and Appearance

· Uniform Requirement:

  • SOP polo shirt with company logo or barong (when driving the owner)
  • Proper slacks and black shoes.
  • Maintain presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.

· Prohibited Conduct

  • No smoking inside the vehicle at any time.

  • No sleeping inside the vehicle while on standby or waiting.

  • Communication and Reporting

  • Communication via Viber is mandatory.

  • Provide timely and accurate report on;
  • All delivery and driving activities.
  • Vehicle maintain updates.

  • Any driver related incidents.

  • Professional Behavior

  • While delivering to clinics or other company locations;

  • Act professional and presentable

  • Be courteous and polite to all employees and personnel.

  • Compliance

· Follow all in-house rules and regulations applicable to stay-in employees and company drivers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
