Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Officer 3 to ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards at our project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing company safety policies in line with government regulations.


Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Safety Officer 3 (with SO3 accreditation from DOLE-BWC)
  • Preferably a graduate of Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in construction safety or industrial worksite safety
  • Must have completed the 40-hour BOSH/COSH training
  • Familiar with DOLE, OSH standards, and other regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
  • With first aid, emergency preparedness, or fire safety training is an advantage
