Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in trust accounting and bookkeeping within Australia.
  • Proficiency in using Console software (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Australian trust account compliance and audit requirements.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in real estate/property management trust accounting highly regarded.
  • Exposure to legal or financial trust accounts will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with state-based trust accounting legislation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all trust accounting tasks within Console.
  • Enter and reconcile bills, receipts, rent income, and expenses.
  • Process client disbursements on a weekly basis.
  • Perform daily receipting of trust funds in line with legislative requirements.
  • Handle sales trust transactions (e.g., deposits, settlements, disbursements).
  • Conduct regular trust account reconciliations in compliance with Australian trust accounting legislation.
  • Maintain accurate trust ledgers and reporting for audit purposes.
  • Provide timely financial reporting to management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant state-based trust account regulations (e.g., NSW Fair Trading, VIC Consumer Affairs, QLD OFT).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
