DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repair and maintain motorcycle units used for marketing operations.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
  • Ensure all units are clean, branded, and in excellent working condition before deployment to marketing events or field activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations for all motorcycle units.
  • Conduct safety checks and educate marketing staff on proper usage and handling of motorcycles.
  • Stay updated with mechanical best practices and safety protocols to ensure high standards of service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory of motorcycle assets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align vehicle readiness with campaign schedules.
  • Support logistics and event operations by preparing motorcycles for brand activations, roadshows, and promotional tours.
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess Motorcycle Small Engine Servicing TESDA NCII.
  • Proven experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair (1–3 years preferred).
  • Must have previous related experience as automotive technician / mechanic.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
  • Must be willing to conduct field work as needed.
