Job Description
  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including OS, network connectivity, and basic application errors.
  • Assist in setting up new user workstations and peripheral devices according to client specifications.
  • Perform routine checks on workstation performance and report abnormalities.
  • Support basic VOIP and headset configurations.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and networks issues.
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, Office 365, VPN, FIX, and application support to our proprietary software interfaces to our customers during 8/5 hours of trading.
  • Respond to support tickets via email.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning). Document issues and resolutions accurately.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or desktop support (preferably in a BPO or seat leasing setup).
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, networking (LAN/WAN), and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment.
