Full job description

We're looking for a Photo & Video Shoot Editor to join our in-house team and help tell the stories of our retail brands through clear, consistent, and trend-aware video and photo content. You'll be working across two core businesses: a bakery–café–restaurant and a spa–sauna–nail studio—with more to come as we grow.

This is a role for someone who cares about the details:

The right frame, the right track, the right tone. If you enjoy creating content that feels clean, current, and brand-aligned, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • ⁠ ⁠Shoot and edit reels for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • ⁠ ⁠Capture photo content for campaigns, menus, and day-to-day brand use
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow brand art direction (music, pacing, tone, styling) and maintain consistency across content
  • ⁠ ⁠Use both iPhone and professional cameras—we'll provide the equipment
  • ⁠ ⁠Edit using mobile apps (CapCut, VN, etc.) and desktop tools (Final Cut, Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)
  • ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on social trends and adapt them to fit each brand
  • ⁠ ⁠Plan and execute a monthly content calendar with the marketing team
  • ⁠ ⁠Receive and apply creative feedback
  • ⁠ ⁠Work onsite in BGC (Taguig), Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

  • ⁠ ⁠Can work independently but welcomes creative direction
  • ⁠ ⁠Proactive, organized, and always looking to improve
  • ⁠ ⁠Passion for food, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus
