About the role

Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Carmona Cavite. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the telecommunications industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and workflows

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer queries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
  • A positive, patient and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
