JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and manage all IT-related equipment including computers, printers, scanners, servers, routers, switches, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on user devices.
- Support to staff and students for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT inventory, equipment status, repairs, network layout, software licenses, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to end users via in person, phone or remote assistance.
- Perform regular system and data backups, and ensure data security and integrity.
- Assist in the setup and support of video conferencing systems, office network infrastructure, and communication tools.
- Perform routine checks on CCTV equipment and coordinate repairs or upgrades when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Has 1 or 2 years of work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
