Prime Care Dialysis Center is Looking for DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN.

​A hemodialysis technician, also known as a dialysis technician, is a healthcare professional who provides direct patient care to individuals with kidney failure. Their primary responsibility is to set up, operate, and maintain the hemodialysis machines that filter waste and excess fluids from a patient's blood. They work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient during treatment.

Key duties typically include:

• Preparing and sanitizing the dialysis equipment and supplies.

​
• Taking and recording the patient's vital signs before, during, and after treatment.

​
• Connecting the patient to the machine and monitoring their condition.

​
• Responding to and troubleshooting machine alarms or patient complications.

​
• Documenting all treatment data and communicating patient needs to the medical team.

​
• Providing emotional support and educating patients about the dialysis process.

Qualifications:


• ​Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or equivalent certification.


• ​Proven experience in a dialysis clinic or hospital setting.

​
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care protocols.
