Job Opportunity: Part-Time Japanese Language Instructor (Laguna Area – LTAI or CIP)

We are seeking a committed and professional Part-Time Japanese Language Instructor to join our esteemed teaching team for a 6-month training initiative. The instructor will be responsible for facilitating beginner to lower-level Japanese classes, delivering engaging lessons, and guiding learners in their linguistic development.

Work Location: Classes will be conducted onsite at Laguna Technopark (LTAI) or Carmelray Industrial Park (CIP).

Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Instruct Japanese to novice-level learners, adhering to the established curriculum and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the material.
  • Prepare, organize, and refine lesson plans and instructional resources to align * with class requirements.
  • Provide precise and timely updates on student progress and daily reports.
  • Attend project orientations, training sessions, and meetings as necessary.
  • Adhere to teaching guidelines and directives from the Project Manager. Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese language instruction (online or onsite).

  • Must have achieved at least JLPT N3 certification. - Proficient in developing and adapting lesson materials according to learners' proficiency levels. Exceptional communication, organizational, and classroom management abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and possessing a professional work ethic. - Previous teaching experience in corporate or manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Additional Information

  • The project duration is 6 months (Mondays–Thursdays only).

  • Teaching hours: 2 hours/day, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM. -
