Job Description:

We are seeking a Japanese Interpreter to support smooth communication between Japanese and local staff in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide real-time interpretation, translate technical documents, and assist in bridging cultural and operational gaps across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-time Interpretation: Facilitate accurate and timely interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and production activities.
  • Production Floor Support: Assist communication during machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Documentation Translation: Translate manuals, SOPs, inspection sheets, and other production-related documents.
  • Training Assistance: Provide interpretation support during technical training and ensure clear understanding among participants.
  • Cultural Mediation: Bridge cultural differences to promote effective teamwork between local and Japanese employees.
  • Administrative Support: Help prepare reports, meeting minutes, and coordinate interpreter-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • JLPT N3 or above (certification preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna or Lipa, Batangas.
