We are currently looking for a US Tax Accountant, (1) Junior and (1) Senior. This role is ideal for a candidate with US tax experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field. We are open to training a promising individual, preferably someone with positive energy, who knows how to make good out of a stressful situation, who demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional ethics.

This position provides hands-on training, direct mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within our tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the compilation of tax data for individual tax returns.
  • Preparation of tax workpapers for business tax returns.
  • Preparation of business, personal, and not-for-profit tax returns.
  • Communicate issues and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (preferably CPA).
  • Junior level: Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience using the US IRS tax regulations.
  • Senior level: With 3-5 years of tax preparation experience using the US IRS tax regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in different tax software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with online tax programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Able to work on the night shift schedule
  • Must be residing near or in Metro Manila
  • Preferably, can start ASAP
