  • Assist Sales Manager/ superiors
  • Prepare all Sales reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Prepare all delivery documents including PEZA
  • prepare quotations
  • Process all sales related documents and IMPEX 8106 & 8105
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IMPEX documentation systems required
  • Organize all documents daily basis
  • Follow-up drawings concerns and after-sales concerns
  • Willing to work under pressure and travel extensive hours for delivery
  • Able to open new accounts
  • Must graduate BS Marketing/ Commerce/ Business/ Administration or equivalent
  • Physically fit to work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Laguna Technopark Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Must possess valid government-issued ID and necessary work permits/documentation for Philippines employment

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Professional business English proficiency required (both written and verbal)
