We're a leading plastic distributor and solutions provider in the Philippines, and we're looking for passionate Sales Associate to join us

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via e-mail, phone calls, Viber, Facebook and other social media accounts
  • Serve as the point person for customers order taking and order update
  • Offer new/old products to new/old customers
  • Follow up customers on their purchase orders
  • Perform outstanding and fast customer service to customers such as following up on the preparation of their order, updating customers and making sure that their account is properly handled
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints

Job Requirements:

  • Capable of studying the company's products and services
  • Willing to undergo sales training for one month
  • Good interpersonal skills especially to different types of people (from corporate people to wet market store owners)
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Company Requirements:

  • Candidate must be College Graduate / Vocational Course
  • Must be proficient in Excel and other office applications
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 6:30pm
  • Willing to undergo training and evaluation for one month
  • Willing to work and be assigned in Circuit, Makati City
