The ideal candidate will be responsible primarily on accounts receivable of the business units which involves but not limited to sales, inventory and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts actual collection and monitoring payments from customers and employee's due and issue collection receipts.
  • Reconcile receipts and invoices against store and farm records, and actual collected sales.
  • Validate irregularities, discounts and other discrepancies to ensure full accounting of the cash produce.
  • Conducts desk audit of farm production taking to account of unsold produce and validate against sold produce.
  • Inputs receivables into the database
  • Preparation and submission of reports on sales, collection status, pricing , production and receivables. Update and safe keep all accounting and financial documents
  • Provide support to other departments and business unit to perform related task.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Finance, Commerce or Accounting course. · Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in in a manufacturing or agriculture industry. ·
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience is also acceptable.
  • Amenable to do occassional field work for collections and audit.
  • Amenable to work in a residential compound in Las Pinas City, preferably resides in nearby Cavite cities.
