  • Job Description

  • Summarizes daily transactions in excel file for journal entries (Incoming/balance/fees).

  • Records and monitors incoming transactions
  • Convert Daily 800 and 801 Host log transaction from PDF format to Excel format.
  • Sends of converted Excel format Daily 800 and 801 Host log transaction to Card Operations Department on a daily basis.
  • Sends Bancnet Settlement report via email to Card Operations on a daily basis.
  • Reviews and monitor Balance to Balance and Electronic Card to Card transactions.
  • Reviews and monitor correctness of the defined FX rates and Issuer fees in the Daily 800 Host log report and reports to Unit Head any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Prepares and submit Gross Volume Report (Acquiring transactions) to Dispute Unit on a weekly basis.
  • Monitors miscellaneous transactions processing through incoming and confirms settlement (ie:chargeback, reversals,adjustment)
  • Monitors Diners C-Sub Merchant settlement of chargeback, representments, fee collection, retrieval requests, etc.
  • Monitors incoming/outgoing transactions reports and verifies reason and reports any discrepancy that may arise.
  • Monitors and records Instapay transactions.
  • Assists and reviews OPI cardholder's complaints.
  • Prepares Settlement Weekly Report and the Settlement Summary Report to Treasury Department before the cut off period.
  • Prepares Merchant Advice to be sent to Merchant Partners.
  • Maintaining and updating the unit's Masterfile / Monitoring files.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification

  • College Graduate, preferably Business, Finance or Accounting course
  • Experience in Card Operations/Banking/Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Intermediate skills in common application software particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and do multi-tasking.
