Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Engineer with strong Guidewire integration expertise and valid Guidewire certifications to join our growing development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize integrations that connect Guidewire platforms with internal and third-party systems, as well as contribute to the development of our Guidewire accelerator—a key component of our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our Guidewire accelerator to improve workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) for data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes with a strong focus on quality and performance.
  • Stay up to date with Guidewire platform updates, integration best practices, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Guidewire certifications (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Integration Specialist).
  • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms and integration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Java (for Guidewire backend development).
  • Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
  • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software systems.
  • Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, automated testing).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance optimization in enterprise software integrations.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
