Position Title: Software Engineer

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain business applications using web technologies, cloud platforms, and APIs. This role includes writing and reviewing clean code, participating in UI/UX planning, maintaining database structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and maintain web-based and cloud-integrated applications

  • Write efficient, maintainable front-end and back-end code

  • Design and manage databases to ensure data integrity

  • Work closely with engineers, analysts, and project managers

  • Participate in UI/UX discussions and propose improvements

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices and security standards

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and document technical issues and solutions

  • Support project milestones, deadlines, and company-wide IT objectives

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in software development

  • Strong understanding of web and cloud technologies, RESTful APIs, and development frameworks

  • Proficiency in both front-end (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (e.g., , PHP, Python) development

  • Solid grasp of database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use

  • Multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Indoor office setting with standard office equipment use
