Qualifications:

  • Open for 2nd year college undergraduate with any back subject, vocational and associate degree holders of 2 years, and college graduates with at least 1 year of BPO experience in a Healthcare voice-inbound account.
  • Must have at least 25 mbps of internet connection of home.

Account Available:

Healthcare Account:

  • Customer service representative will be answering queries from the members of Sun Life regarding their insurance claims, benefits and eligibility.
  • CX representative will be handling Canadian members.
  • Start date is on August 25 and September 15.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Package:

  • ₱26,000 - ₱33,000 per month (dependent on previous salary)
