- Work Set-Up: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 times a week)
- Work Schedule: Night Shift with fixed weekends off
- Tools and equipment will be provided by the company
Qualifications:
- Open for 2nd year college undergraduate with any back subject, vocational and associate degree holders of 2 years, and college graduates with at least 1 year of BPO experience in a Healthcare voice-inbound account.
- Must have at least 25 mbps of internet connection of home.
Account Available:
Healthcare Account:
- Customer service representative will be answering queries from the members of Sun Life regarding their insurance claims, benefits and eligibility.
- CX representative will be handling Canadian members.
- Start date is on August 25 and September 15.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Package:
- ₱26,000 - ₱33,000 per month (dependent on previous salary)
