Shared Service Centre Lead

What You'll Do

  • Oversee project finance, accounting, and accounts payable functions.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and SLA delivery.
  • Implement process improvements and technology solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Drive integration projects and provide post-transition support.
  • Collaborate with global finance leaders and senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified accountant with
    10+ years' finance leadership experience
    .
  • Background in managing large, diverse teams in a global setting.
  • Strong technical accounting (IFRS) and project accounting expertise.
  • Proficiency in
    Oracle NetSuite
    and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
