Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns—digital and traditional—including promotions, events, and content creation.
  • Assist with social media and digital platforms, including content scheduling, basic SEO, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and market trends for stakeholder review.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and field activities.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and retail activations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food manufacturing or the food and beverage sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and comfortable with analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Sharp analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based position with a mix of desk work and coordinated field or retail interaction.
  • May require flexibility in hours to support events, promotions, or campaign launches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
