The Marketing Officer - will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies for each of our business units. You will serve as the key liaison between the company and its various divisions, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business goals and target markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specific marketing plans for each business unit

  • Coordinate marketing activities across different units to maintain brand consistency

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs within each business segment

  • Manage digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns for each unit

  • Collaborate with business unit managers to create promotional materials and campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and report insights

  • Organize events, promotions, and other marketing activities for business units

  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with multi-unit or division-based roles

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office
