PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Site Quality Leader plays an important role in embedding and influencing quality in innovations, renovations, operations (factory and support functions including laboratories), and improvement of the Cavite Foods Site. The main responsibilities include defining quality requirements relevant to the model, co-creating processes and ways of working, providing technical support, and ensuring adherence to Unilever quality and innovation frameworks (such as risk assessment, consumer feedback, launch monitoring, post-launch evaluations, hygienic assessments, statistical analysis).

The Site Quality Leader will collaborate with all relevant functions (Marketing, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sourcing Units, Planning, Receiving Units, Procurement, and global teams) to ensure alignment and engagement in quality activities. Main ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding customer needs and developing effective quality processes and programs. Managing supply partners' compliance.

Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and legal standards. Supervising site quality functions and providing guidance. Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing efficient procedures, with a focus on digitization.

Developing factory quality strategies, including WCM/UMS Q pillar and Q CAPEX strategies. Promoting a quality culture across the site. Key ExpectationsProviding quality inputs for business decisions.

Supporting Unilever's quality strategy and governance through projects and targets. Defining and implementing quality requirements for new business models and channels. Managing quality for innovations, renovations, and projects involving external partners.

Supporting the rollout of new brands or categories by embedding quality requirements. Providing quality coaching and upskilling to site teams. Supporting risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Transferring best practices and lessons learned to prevent recurring issues. Driving incident root cause analysis. Analyzing quality data related to projects and innovations, and reporting on potential trends.

EducationDegree in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science) or Engineering discipline. ProfileAbility To Influence
