RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, engineers, and project owners.
  • Secure GEMCOR product specifications in project plans, drawings, and bid documents.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product orientations, and design consultations.
  • Perform accurate product take-offs from plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, cost estimates, and compliant bid documents.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, ensuring alignment with client needs and project standards.
  • Monitor upcoming projects and proactively influence specification stages.
  • Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Preferably a licensed engineer.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in specifications selling, pre-sales engineering, or technical presentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
