We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join a recruitment agency with UK operations, supporting ongoing hiring projects across the clean energy and infrastructure industry. This full-time role begins remotely (work from home) and transitions to working from our workspace in La Union after the initial period. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and fluent in English, capable of managing full-cycle recruitment tasks with minimal supervision.

Training is provided, ensuring you develop the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to perform successfully and confidently in your role.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying high-quality talent, managing communication pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values both remote flexibility and on-site collaboration.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time night shift — 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Monday to Friday) while working remotely.

  • Occasional additional work may be required outside of regular hours to meet client or project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Create and post job ads across multiple platforms.

  • Identify top talent through active sourcing, social media, and networking.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

  • Maintain organized recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience.

  • Adapt quickly to changing role requirements and hiring volumes.

  • Uphold company standards and promote the reputation of a leading recruitment organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (agency experience preferred).

  • Must be fluent in English — both written and spoken.

  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct search methods.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment tools, CRM/ATS systems, and online communication platforms.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and productive when working from home.

  • Ability to work the night-shift schedule (11 PM – 8 AM PHT) and handle occasional additional tasks as needed.

  • Willingness to relocate to the La Union workspace after the initial remote period.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or high-volume hiring environment.

  • Proven success in candidate sourcing or closing hard-to-fill roles.

  • Familiarity with international recruitment practices.

Additional Information:

  • This role begins as remote work-from-home; candidates must have stable internet and a working computer.

  • Relocation to the La Union workspace will be required after the initial period.
