Restaurant Branch Manager of Gerry's Grill - Sta. Maria, Bulacan

responsible for the overall management and operations of their assigned restaurant location, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards. This role involves managing staff, handling customer service issues, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to improve the branch's performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and overall cleanliness.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing complaints and maintaining high service standards.
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff, including conducting performance appraisals.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability, and analyzing financial reports.
  • Inventory Management: Ensuring sufficient stock levels, proper storage, and efficient ordering procedures.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring quality control measures for food and service.
  • Reporting: Preparing and submitting required reports, such as sales analysis and financial statements.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with staff and management.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving operational and customer-related issues.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Promoting the Business: Building relationships with the community to attract customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related business field.
  • 3-4 years of managerial experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and profit & loss reports.
  • Willingness to work shifts and potentially be assigned to different locations.
  • Computer literacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
