BARISTA

  • Handling of Coffee Equipments (Espresso Machine, Grinder, Scale, etc..)
  • Calibration of coffee - adjusting certain parameters to achieve the desirably taste of the coffee.
  • Manual Brewing Skills - Pour over / Aeropress / or any other artisan way of brewing coffee
  • Beverage assembly - responsible for preparation of the drinks based on customers orders
  • POS handling - will be responsible for taking the customers orders, receiving and taking payments, and making sure all cash/online transactions are balanced.
  • Cleaning and sanitation of the shop these includes cleanliness of bar area, cleanliness of dining space, cleanliness of comfort rooms, cleanliness of outside area, and throwing out trash.
  • Customer Service Skills - Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers, A happy, friendly personality, High level of attention-to-detail.

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
