Barista

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Barista to join our team As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a warm, welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate has a neat appearance, pleasing personality, and a passion for coffee and people.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, frappes, etc.) according to company recipes and standards
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, seating areas, and equipment
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and blenders safely and efficiently
• Handle cash, payments, and POS transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory monitoring
• Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and product presentation
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• College graduate or Senior High School graduate
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service-related role (preferred but not required — training provided)
• Neat appearance and pleasing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating great experiences
