DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for educating patients about their rights, insurance coverage, and payment options, as well as addressing any queries or complaints

  • Facilitate patient access to clinical, administrative, and support services, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.

  • Act as the main contact between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are addressed.
  • Track patient adherence to treatment plans and assist in resolving any concerns raised by patients or families.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Nursing and have an active PRC license
  • With at least 2 years experience in the hospital or clinical setting
  • Willing to be assigned in the Cancer Center
