Key Responsibilities

  • Research real estate trends, buyer preferences, and pricing benchmarks
  • Scan competitor projects and maintain pricing/development database
  • Gather market intelligence from brokers, LGUs, and industry reports
  • Assess potential sites based on zoning, accessibility, and demand
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
  • Provide recommendations to guide investment and market positioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3+ years in market research, intelligence, or real estate analysis
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Knowledge of zoning, housing markets, and development processes
  • Clear communicator with strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
