The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering innovative solutions to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
  2. Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  3. Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  4. Collaborate closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
  5. Regularly track and report on sales pipeline, forecasting and key performance metrics
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and new technologies to enhance our sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the B2B services industry
  3. Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, negotiation and closing techniques
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business benefits
  5. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  6. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM/sales management tools
