The Senior Technologist – Fit & Quality Assurance is responsible for leading and managing fit approvals and quality assurance processes across assigned product categories. This role ensures that products meet company standards and customer expectations in terms of fit, construction, and quality. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and factories to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead fit sessions and provide technical guidance to ensure product fit consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Review and approve samples at various development stages including proto, fit, PP, and TOP samples.
  • Analyze fit issues and recommend solutions to improve garment construction and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical packages, measurement specifications, and grading rules.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections at factories to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and factories to improve production processes and reduce defects.
  • Support onboarding and training of new vendors and factories on quality and fit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of fit approvals, quality audits, and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support to merchandising, sourcing, and production teams

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in garment fit and quality assurance, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and grading.
  • Experience conducting fit sessions and quality audits.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technologist, Fit & QA
