  1. Implement and enforce DOLE-mandated occupational safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations at the job site.

  2. Conduct daily safety inspections and regular site audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

  3. Supervise and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.

  4. Conduct Toolbox Meetings, safety orientations, and trainings for workers and subcontractors.

  5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety documents such as permits to work, inspection checklists, safety logs, and incident/accident reports.

  6. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and Foremen to ensure all high-risk activities (e.g., demolition, welding, electrical works, confined space, work at heights) are conducted safely.

  7. Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or unsafe practices, and recommend preventive measures.

  8. Monitor housekeeping and waste management within the renovation area.

  9. Ensure compliance with DOLE reporting requirements and assist in the preparation of Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) and other regulatory submissions.

  10. Promote and maintain a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.
