Operations Officer

The Operations Manager oversees the end to end performance of the company's day to day operations. This role ensures that daily output, quality standards, costs, and team performance consistently meet the company's targets. The Operations Manager is accountable for optimizing processes, managing financial outcomes, and building a high performance operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead and manage the company's production and fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on time delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures that support consistent product quality and operational excellence.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions that increase productivity and reduce waste.
P&L and Cost Management
Manage operational budgets and control key cost drivers including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Analyze financial reports to improve gross margins and ensure operations meet profitability targets.
- Implement cost saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommended actions.
People and Team Management
Supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure high engagement and consistent performance.
- Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and manpower allocation based on operational needs.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure all products meet company specifications, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance across all operational areas.
Lead corrective action plans when deviations occur.
Cross Functional Coordination
Work closely with the supply chain, purchasing and store operations teams to synchronize production with demand.
- Coordinate with management on capacity planning, equipment needs, and long term operational improvements.
- Support new product launches and process changes by preparing operational requirements and training the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
