  • Ensures that all customer and legal requirements to be submitted to Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and DOLE-Occupational, Safety, Health and Sanitation (DOLE-OSHS).
  • Monitors records and reports EHS KPI data to ExCom.
  • Provides assistance during Pest Control Services and conduct of Safety and Health Inspection from the government agencies.
  • Conducts mandatory or required internal drills like Fire Drill, Earthquake Drill, and Chemical Drill.
  • Conducts EHS monthly trainings and meetings, Work Environment Measurement (WEM) internal monitoring program, and various safety team meetings.
  • Inspects the manufacturing plant premises and implementation of Safety Rules and Regulations, in conformance to EHS.
  • Handles EHS-related NCPs such as incidents (including near-miss).
  • Investigates and reports to DOLE any accidents/incidents within the company premises.
  • Maintains efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by the Supervisor and other concerned personnel to eliminate causes of accidents.
  • Prepares minutes of meeting on EHS, with report or status of recommendations.
  • Informs EHS Committee members regarding updates on Health and Safety.
