About The Role
We are seeking consultants with expertise in the following areas:

  • Health Needs Assessments
  • Clinical Service Planning
  • Health Workforce Development and Training
  • Climate-Resilient Health Infrastructure
  • Health Systems Strengthening
  • Health Promotion and Behaviour Change Communication
  • Clinical and Community Health Programs with a focus on the prevention and control of TB, Malaria, Vector-Borne Diseases, HIV and NCDs
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
  • Digital Health and Innovation
  • Medical Supply Chain Strengthening

Assignments May Include

  • Technical assistance to Ministries of Health and partners
  • Program design and implementation support
  • Research and data analysis
  • Capacity building and training
  • Policy development and advocacy

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, International Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in global health programming
  • Solid track record of consulting / working in multiple countries in Asia or similar contexts
  • Strong analytical, communication, (technical) proposal writing and report-writing skills
