About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Square Pharmaceutical, Inc'. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by building strong relationships with our clients and effectively promoting our innovative pharmaceutical products. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  3. Effectively present and demonstrate our products to potential customers
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns
  5. Gather and report market intelligence to help inform the company's sales and marketing strategies
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer needs and concerns
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  5. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  7. With valid Professional Driver's license
  8. can drive both automatic and manual vehicle
